As most of you know the CSPC has issued new laws in regards to children's product lead/safety regulations. Mom Innovations has been diligently working to review and comply with all the new regulations. Our testing is in it's final stages and we will be posting the compliance letters on our website before the required date of February 10,2009. We will notify you when these are available.

Mom Innovations is dedicated to providing safe and innovative products. We will continue to work with our labs and retailers to be sure we follow all the newest regulations as we move forward through the CSPIA lead and phthalates phase out plans.
