How do I apply?

We invite you to create an drop ship account or wholesale account with Mom Innovations. Your account give you access to our drop ship and wholesale pricing information.

MAKE SURE you have the following in place to create your account:

1. Email in a physical copy your State Based Sales and Use Tax Permit to newaccts@mominnovations.com. For Alaska, New Hampshire, Montana, Oregon and Delaware AND outside the USA, send in proof of business e.g. your Business Licence.
2. For ONLINE stores, make sure that your have an active and working web site - it is required to approve your account. If you are a physical store, please make sure to choose that option.

We ONLY ACCEPT applications that are COMPLETE. If you do not have all the required information, please wait to fill out the application when you do have it. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed or accepted.

Once we have received your COMPLETED application, along with your Sales Tax Permit or Proof of Business, we will approve your account and will be in touch with you within 3-5 Business Days.

You will have then have access to our wholesale pricing and will be able toplace orders with us, once you have been approved and added into our wholesale customer system.
